CLUB BOOTHS

Invitation To Showcase Your Club At The Festival With A Club Booth.

Our district year-end celebration will be open to the public for the first time ever!  We expect over 700 folks from the Greater Inland Empire area and beyond.  To that end, we encourage our clubs to set up a booth at the event.  What better way to expose the public to the Rotary experience in such a positive and celebratory environment?

We want your booths to be informative, memorable, and of course fun!  Participating is as easy as bringing your canopy, a table, and a couple of chairs along with your club banners and information about your club, along with business cards and membership information. We suggest bringing pictures of your service projects and fundraisers (perhaps in a collage). You can even bring a group picture of your members!  You can also bring games to play at your booth, such as a wheel of fortune, cornhole, or more, along with give aways like pens and stress balls to bottled water, candy, granola bars, etc. Be creative! Clubs may join together and share a booth. At least one Rotarian should be stationed at each booth to answer questions.

To make things interesting, we will have a contest with cash prizes for the best booths, which will be judged on décor, originality, and enthusiasm.

1st Place $300

2nd Place $200

3rd Place $100

All this fun for just $100 to register and participate.
